My name is Saba Nabi and I enjoy meeting like-minded people who intend to work for a common cause. I have a bachelor degree in Pharmacy and a masters in MBA (Pharmaceutical Administration). I recently finished my PhD (Biomedical Sciences) from Charles Sturt University (CSU), Wagga Wagga, NSW.
Currently I am a Policy Officer and Local Health Advisory Committee (LHAC) member Murrumbidgee Local Health District (LHAC), Board member at Multicultural Council of Wagga Wagga (MCWW), Riverina Regional Advisory Council (RAC) member at Multicultural NSW. I am dedicated, outgoing, a great team leader and consider myself a good public speaker with excellent communication skills.
For the past four years I have been involved with international student cohort in Australia and have been invited as a Speaker and Panellist on various occasions by various Stakeholders who are expert in international education sector.
I was the first international student to be elected in the University Council. I won 2014 NSW Premier International Student of the Year Award and was invited as a Guest Speaker at 2015 awards. I had been invited as a Speaker at the Higher Education Conference 2016 and again at Campus Review’s Inaugural Higher Equity Summit 2016. I have been invited to speak at AIEC 2016 Conference. My family have been featured as Regional Heroes in Wagga Wagga 2016 Visitor Guide.
